"Pretty flowers and a nice setup"
I ordered an arrangement from fieldofflowers.com. It was really pretty. The colors looked great together. It also felt full and not cheap.

The presentation was simple and clean. A few flowers were more open than I expected. But they still looked nice on the table. I would order from them again.

"Nice flowers for price"
I ordered from fieldofflowers.com and thought it was fair deal. The bouquet looked nice when it showed up and stayed fresh for few days. It wasn’t the biggest bunch I’ve ever bought, but for the money, I was happy enough with it.

"Not the bouquet I chose"
I ordered the pink and white bouquet. Got mostly yellow flowers instead. Some didn’t even look like the picture. It was for a birthday too, so yeah, annoying. Delivery was fine. But the order itself was not right at all.

"Flowers arrived way too late"
I ordered these flowers for a special moment, and they showed up so late that my plans were pretty much ruined. I felt embarrassed because I had talked it up and then had nothing to show for it when it mattered.

"Not a lot to pick from"
There just wasn’t much to choose from. The selection felt really limited, which is on whoever runs this because it definitely could be better.

"Refund took a while, but okay, it got handled"
My order had a problem, i was trying to stay very calm about it, like totally fine, no big deal. But I did have to send a couple emails, and the replies weren’t exactly quick, so for a bit I was just sitting there wondering what was actually happening.

In the end, they did take care of it and I got my refund, so I’ll give them credit for that. It wasn’t the easiest or smoothest process, but they fixed it eventually, so 3 stars feels fair.

"Pretty flowers, but not really what I chose!!!"
The bouquet turned out nice overall, but they swapped out a few flowers without really checking with me first!!! It didn’t look like the photo I picked, which was kind of disappointing!!! Delivery was fine and nothing went wrong there, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not exactly what I was hoping for!!!

"Simple, stress-free ordering"
I ordered flowers from Field of Flowers it was such an easy experience. The site loaded quickly, checkout was straightforward, and I got my confirmation right away, which made me feel a lot more at ease. I really appreciated not having to click around forever or second-guess what I was doing. It just felt simple and smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again.

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my order and didn’t expect much, since customer service can be a bit of a gamble. But they got back to me quickly and were actually really nice about it. The person I spoke with explained what happened and fixed it without turning it into some long, dramatic ordeal. It was simple, easy, and more helpful than I was expecting. I’d use Field of Flowers again.

"Flowers looked rough when they arrived"
In my opinion, the flowers just didn’t look fresh when they showed up. They started wilting quickly, and overall they felt a bit cheap for what I expected...
